A&W Enterprises was founded in 2009 as a joint venture between Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC and Mel Adair to distribute electronic gaming machines, and provides services and consulting to the tribal gaming industry in the USA. A&W currently distributes gaming machines to multiple tribes in Oklahoma including the Chickasaw Nation, Comanche Nation, Fort Sill Apache, and Quapaw. A&W is led by Mel Adair, who oversees the operations of the company from the Norman, OK office. A&W also maintains an office in Montgomery, AL.
